Uncle Bens

I thought I'd share with you my favorite shot from my Uncle Bens tube work. In the end it wasn't used but I still think it's a great shot.

Bluetooth Beach

PROBLEM : Where to broadcast beach safety information videos. Broadcast them nation wide or online and you miss the people you want to talk to.

IDEA : Bluetooth on the beach sending the beach goers a mobile phone clip and information on beach safety and tide times. This could include information on where to find the nearest lifeguard and safety services.

Méribel Ad Festival

My entry to the Méribel Ad Festival Poster Competition - I thought I would do the whole process myself including all the illustration work. The concept is "Taste Mountain Fresh" and its based around the idea of a super mountain slushy.

Jelly London

Jelly London came up with an ingenious way to promote themselves at Halloween. They gave out box templates for people to make their own creations and e-mail them in.

Here was my entry. I was quite pleased what a little spare time at lunch could do.

GRT Award Finalist

I will be at this year's GRAEME ROBERTSON TRUST DM Award finalist show as I have been shortlisted as one of the finalists.

The GRT is a charity set up in the memory of the late Graeme Robertson. Graeme was one of the Direct Communications industry's leading talents before his untimely death 15 years ago. Graeme was passionate about raising creative standards in the industry, which is why a trust was set up in his honour.

Crayola Direct Mail

A DM piece for Crayola Washable crayons - the receiver can doodle using the crayon on the walls of the house, which can be wiped off. The envelope has a slight wax coating to resist the crayon so the receiver can reuse it.

It serves as an example of how easy it is to use Crayola Washable.

We Are Macmillan - Direct Mail

Direct Mail. Two different mail packs - one a general mailer and the other for more targeted responses (libraries, doctors waiting rooms etc)

We Are Macmillan.

We Are Macmillan Integrated Campaign to help promote the charity.

The campaign centres around a balloon with the "big C" on it. Viewed differently, on its side it becomes a "big smile". Thank you to Joshua for the input on the campaign
"We Are Macmillan. Cancer support, We help turn things around."

Compeed Blister Digital Banners

Compeed Web Double Banners.

Compeed do a range of blister patches for walking and trekking - this is a double web banner advert using video. The first banner is of a walker's feet, shuffling on the spot giving the impression of discomfort. When the cursor moves over the banner it turns to a cut away diagram and the cursor transforms into a Compeed patch. The user can then place the patch over the area of discomfort. Once the patch is applied it triggers the walker banner to return to the video and to walk off from the main banner into the smaller top banner. This in turn links to the main site whilst the Compeed logo remains in the main bar
